- $25 Refundable Security Deposit Required for Inside Units
- $50 Refundable Security Deposit Required for Outside Units
To move in, we need the following:
- A valid U.S. Driver’s license/state I.D.
- Last four digits of your cell phone number.
- Your right thumb print
- Opening payment Must be made on a debit/credit card
*There is a one-time $10 administrative fee

Secure Access & Security Features
The San Marcos Self Storage facility is protected by secure access gates and 24 hour video monitoring. All gates require a security access code unique to each tenant when entering and exiting the property.
Buildings are equipped with fire sprinklers and the entire facility is securely locked outside of operating hours.
